If you have Aurea Process installed, you will find the Aurea Process user guides under the <SBM_HOME>\docs\pdf folder and the Aurea Process API documentation under the <SBM_HOME>\docs\api folder.
Product documentation for Aurea Process can also be found online In the Process Documentation section of the Aurea Integration Solutions Hub on the Aurea Worx Community site. If you do not have an Aurea Worx account, you can submit a request for a Worx account.

For Worx access Agents should send an email to worx@aurea.com, and should NOT use the "submit a request for a Worx account" form mentioned above in the public section of the article.
Product Documentation
If the customer is looking for a version of the Aurea Process product documentation that they don't have installed and the documentation is not available in the Aurea Integration Solutions Hub. Reach out to the Training and Documentation emergency contact documented in the Aurea Process - Sev-1 Handling article to determine when the documentation will be made available or if the documentation can be provided directly to the customer.
If you are providing the production documentation directly to the customer, use the following steps:
- Request an SFTP
- Upload the downloaded product documentation to the SFTP.
- Share the SFTP details with the customer.
