Overview

You have installed Aurea Process 2020R1 with hot-fix 2. When downloading the attachments (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx files) in IE 11 you get unreadable and bad characters. However, you can open attachments with these file extensions using Chrome, Edge (chromium-based), or Firefox without an issue.

Microsoft IE 11 has reached EoL and is no longer supported by the Aurea Process. The official documentation will be updated accordingly. We suggest using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge for browsing the portal.
