You are using or considering Aurea Process (formerly known as CX Process, Savvion and SBM) Enterprise Cloud or Enterprise On-premise and would like to know if Session Failover is supported.

Information

Session Failover is a high availability concept where a user's session is not lost when a single application server goes offline or is otherwise unreachable.  When an issue occurs with an application server, the user's session is transferred to one of the remaining application servers in the cluster which continues the user's session uninterrupted with no data lost.

Session Failover is not currently supported or certified for use with any release of Aurea Process Enterprise Cloud or Enterprise On-premise.
