Look & feel changed with custom application after migration

Overview

You are experiencing undesired changes to the UI look & feel for your custom application on the BPM Portal following an upgrade to a newer Aurea Process (Savvion) version.

Product: Process BPM Portal Version: 2020 R1 OS/Platform: Any

Information

• UI Customization is out of product support scope and should be handled through a Professional Services engagement.
• The theme in version 2020 and newer has been changed to Azzurra for portal and AppAzzurra for the BPM Portal application.
• The above theme changes will result in a changed UI Look and feel for the custom BPM Portal applications.
• Fixing UI issues resulting from the theme change following upgrade is handled by Aurea PSO (Professional Services Organization) which will be a paid engagement.
